At LucidDreaming.in, all our products are digital in nature. This means there is no physical shipping involved. Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive instant access to your purchased products.

1. Digital Delivery

  • After completing your purchase, you will be redirected to a Thank You page where your product access link(s) will be available immediately.
  • An automated confirmation email containing the product access link(s) will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Customers who have created an account can also log in anytime to access their purchased products directly from their dashboard.

2. No Physical Shipping

Since we only sell digital downloads and resources, there are:

  • No physical deliveries.
  • No shipping fees.
  • No waiting time for product dispatch.

3. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes of payment:

  1. Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email was filtered.
  2. If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us at admin@luciddreaming.in with your order details, and we’ll promptly assist you.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • As per our Terms & Conditions, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.
  • However, in case of technical issues (e.g., broken download link, file corruption), we will ensure you receive a proper working copy of your purchase.
